Keep your Vesna Kombucha refrigerated at all times to preserve live cultures and freshness. Naturally unpasteurised and unfiltered, it may continue fermenting if stored at room temperature. Best enjoyed chilled.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Freshly Brewed, Never Rushed
Every bottle of Vesna Kombucha is traditionally brewed in small batches and naturally fermented for at least 15 days. While we aim to keep all flavours in stock, fermentation can't be rushed, so occasionally we may need a little extra time before your order is ready.
If your chosen flavour is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order the next working day. If we're brewing a fresh batch, please allow up to 15 days for fermentation, plus 2–3 working days for delivery.

As Vesna Kombucha is a perishable product, returns aren’t possible once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
