Thank you for choosing Vesna Kombucha. We carefully pack every order to ensure your kombucha arrives safely and in excellent condition.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
We may offer free delivery on orders over a specified value, which will be clearly stated on our website when applicable.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing vesnakombucha@gmail.com and include photographs where applicable.
7. Temperature & Storage
Kombucha is a live fermented beverage.
Upon delivery, we recommend storing bottles in a refrigerator and consuming them before the best-before date shown on the packaging.
While our products are packaged to travel safely, customers should avoid leaving deliveries unattended outdoors for extended periods, especially during periods of extreme weather. Our kombucha is a naturally fermented product and can safely travel unrefrigerated during normal UK delivery times. Refrigerate upon arrival for best quality.
8. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at vesnakombucha@gmail.com
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received and the products have been delivered to the address specified in your order.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
