Keep your Vesna Kombucha refrigerated at all times to preserve live cultures and freshness. Naturally unpasteurised and unfiltered, it may continue fermenting if stored at room temperature. Best enjoyed chilled.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Each bottle is brewed fresh in small batches with a 15-day fermentation process. Orders are shipped once brewing is complete. Please allow 15 days + 2–4 working days for delivery.
As Vesna Kombucha is a perishable product, returns aren’t possible once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
